Absheron Logistics Center was launched on August 13, 2018. The opening ceremony of the Center was held with the participation of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev. The Center covers an area of 65.7 hectares and is one of the largest dry ports in the Caucasus region. The customs post located in the area enables the operative and efficient organization of logistics processes. International and door-to-door transportation, terminal operations, warehousing, customs clearance, brokerage, and other logistics services, are carried out on the basis of the single window principle.

Although logistics remains our core area of activity, we have also taken significant steps in recent years towards the implementation of new projects. One of these projects is the "Business Park Absheron" Private Industrial Zone, established within the Center's premises.

Business Park Absheron, established on a 20-hectare site, has already been commissioned, and its first resident is currently operating within the zone. Negotiations with potential residents are currently ongoing. The key advantage of the project lies in the provision of ready-to-use infrastructure for manufacturing and processing enterprises. Residents can commence operations within a short period of time by installing their production equipment within the existing infrastructure. Operating within the premises of Absheron Logistics Center enables entrepreneurs to manage their import and export operations more efficiently. Tax incentives provided by the state are also among the key factors enhancing the investment attractiveness of the project.

Absheron Logistics Center is one of the leading logistics platforms contributing to the enhancement of the country's transit potential and economic development. A significant share of cargo transported via the Middle Corridor is handled through the Absheron Logistics Center. Moreover, the first container train arriving in Azerbaijan from Xi’an, China, within the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative, was received at our Center. Likewise, Azerbaijan’s first export train to China, routed through Kazakhstan, was dispatched from the Absheron Logistics Center.

Participation in the Caspian International Transport, Transit and Logistics Exhibition is of particular importance to our Center. Such international platforms play a significant role in establishing new partnerships and fostering business relationships. Since the very first day of the exhibition, several business meetings have been held with representatives of companies from China and other countries, and discussions have been held on potential areas of cooperation. Within the framework of the exhibition, we expect to establish new business connections and further expand our international partnership network. The outcomes achieved in this regard will contribute to the implementation of our company's long-term development strategy and further strengthen its position as a regional logistics hub.
