Our company, which I lead, offers port services at the Port of Alat. Attending the region’s leading transport and logistics exhibition, TransCaspian, stems from our desire to immerse ourselves in a business-focused environment and explore a platform where top Azerbaijani and international carriers are represented. We are well acquainted with many local companies and enjoy productive cooperation with them. However, the exhibition provides a unique opportunity to gather in one place and engage in meaningful discussions on current industry topics. In day-to-day operations, it’s not always possible to meet with partner companies and their executives, but the exhibition creates a space where such interactions can take place fully. This year, we also noted a strong presence of new international companies — particularly from China, with whom our volume of transit transportation is steadily growing.
The emergence of new transport corridors opens significant prospects for us. Since we operate in a seaport, the increase in transit cargo flow directly benefits our business. We are very satisfied with the exhibition — both its organization and the caliber of participating companies. Abbasoglu Lojistica is a young company, and for us, TransCaspian serves as a true bridge to big business.
