By Decision #296 from 8 September the Cabinet Ministers endorsed the Rules for navigation in the inland territorial waters of Azerbaijan.
The Rules regulate the procedure for the navigation, entry and exit from ports, use of hydraulic structures. They are implemented by the State Maritime Administration (ARDDA). This process also involves the Ministry of Emergency Situations, naval forces of the Ministry of Defense, the coast guard of the State Border Service, customs authorities and the Ministry of Health.
